TORONTO INTERNATIONAL MUSIC SERIES (TIMS)

TIMS is an online music series produced by Dancing Damsels through live streaming mini concerts through our website and social media across Canada. The series brings to the limelight young emerging ethnic musicians alongside seasoned professionals. This intergenerational music engagement is aimed at promoting social engagement, positive learning experience and mutual respect for multi-ethnic art and culture. Music has no barriers and studies have shown its use in mental health and wellbeing. The TIMS was introduced by Dancing Damsels during the COVID-19 pandemic to connect the audience and artist in a safe environment. The series continues to engage, entertain and energize our audience at the comfort of their homes.
